"Rope" is an experimental masterpiece of Hitchcock's. Its invisible cut technique seems to have inspired the cinematography of Alejandro G. Iñárritu's "Birdman", a single shot movie. Moreover, Hitchcock produces a lot of motion in a limited space, reminding us of "12 Angry Men".
